We are now listening to "Living a Life of Inner Peace", a talk given by Eckhart Tolle.  On January 28th we finished with track 07 of CD-1.  we will start with track 08 of CD-1 next week.

This group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 PM to listen to or read from various spiritual texts including Untethered Soul, Living Untethered (both by Michael Singer) and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle (read by the author).  

Meeting Guidelines:

1. The intention of this group is to frequently check-in with the participants to see whether anyone is feeling a need to slow down, go back and re-read a past section etc., with the goal of ensuring that everyone is absorbing the content in a way that is comfortable for them.  We want to avoid having passengers “exit the train” before we reach the destination.
   
   
2. Another goal of this group is to provide time and opportunity for sharing on how the topics in the book are affecting the lives of the group members.  This opportunity will occur before reading begins each week as well as when requested during the reading/listening time.
   
   
3. All members are invited to speak up and ask for a re-reading of a section, or to discuss anything the material brings up for them.  Reading will continue once all members are ready to continue.
